Extra Height on Utilities

On the metal product line, all metal used is #1 grade, 29 gauge commercial metal.

Floor decking is 5/8 inch pressure treated marine grade plywood.

Skids and floor joists on all buildings are pressure treated.

Exposed nails are ring shank & galvanized for maximum strength, which means no rust spots.

All buildings come with locks and keys.

30 year metal roof – All of our metal buildings come with #1 grade, 29 gauge commercial metal roofs. This is also available as an option on pressure treated and painted buildings.

Wall studs on metal buildings are 4ft. on center with double lathing strips for extra support and stability.

Galvanized Silver also available.

Lofted Barn

The Lofted Barn is available in 8', 10' and 12' widths. The 8'-side model features a single door, the larger models include a double wood door. All models come with a convenient split loft that provides additional upper storage. Windows are not included.

The Side Lofted Barn is available in 8', 10' and 12' widths. The 8'-side model features a single door and one 2x3 window. The larger models include a double door and two 2x3 windows. All models come with a convenient split loft that provides additional upper storage.

Utility

The Utility model features the industry standard gable roof. It is available in 8', 10' and 12' widths. It comes standard with 6'-3" walls and can be purchased with the optional extra high 7'-8" walls. The 8'-wide models feature a single door, the larger models include a double door. It does not include any windows.
